3N1 had a great time at the NC State Fair yesterday afternoon.  It was a beautiful day for gospel music beside the old church. We were thrilled that Mike Costa was able to return from Atlanta to join us one more time. We know we will not see him as much as we have in the past but we are still going to miss him, miss his sense of humor, and his love for the Lord.  He has been with us since the beginning and things just won't be the same without him.   So now what happens to 3N1?  We keep moving forward.  We have a new member, Art Blegen, and we are already hard at work on new material for 2015.  Keep us in your prayers as we continue to use this music ministry to the share the love of the Lord with anyone who will listen.

Well folks,  it has been a while since I have updated out blog and I think it is about time to start updating everyone on what is going on with the 3N1 Gospel Trio.  As some of you know Mike Costa found an excellent opportunity and took a job in Atlanta Georgia.  This was devastating to Steve and myself but we carried on and began looking for another vocalist to join us.  The search has been long  but and crazy.  We have had people come in and stay a few weeks and then decide it was not for them. We get our hopes up and then have them dashed again. We were lucky enough that Mike came up from Atlanta for our concert at the Freedom Biker Church last month and he is going to join us again at the NC State Fair on October 21st.  This past week we were blessed with another person that thought singing with us is something he wanted to do.  We practiced on Monday night and it went very well.  I will need to get some pictures and update a few things but 3N1 hope to be back in full swing very soon.  I will announce concerts and charity events here and on our Facebook page.  With any luck I will get some video too.  In the meantime, please keep us in your prayers.  We know that God has a plan for us and it all works for His glory and in His time not ours. Here we are Lord, use us.

We're Back

Things have been rather hectic over the past few months with major events happening in each of our lives. We have recently started practicing again getting ready for a few upcoming concerts.  We are going back to the NC State Fair this year on the 15th of October but we do not have a time of day yet for this event.  We are also going to be performing at the Reilly Road Presbyterian Church Bazaar on October 19th.  We would love to have you mark these days on your calendar and come and join us. In the meantime we have been contacted by several churches about concerts.  If your church or community group or assisted living center/ rehab center would like for us to come and sing for you, please let us know.  We are working on some new music and would love to come and share it with you.

Here is the real star of the show, April.  She is the one who runs our sound for us and we couldn't do what we do without her. She does a fantastic job of not only setting up our sound for us but also keeping my hands off the equipment during set up. Thanks April!
We have had such a great time during the Reilly Road Presbyterian Revival this week.  We are looking forward to tonight as we close out the revival on a high note with all those who have attended. I think all have been blessed each and every night.
